And we have the prophetic word made more sure. You will do well to pay attention to this as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. (2 Peter 1:19)

Christmas in Our (Messy) House

Our kids are gearing up for the Epiphany when the 3 Kings will bring them their final Christmas gift. I thought today would be a good day to document our decorations since they will be coming down soon. Excuse the mess.
Our mantel

Our living room

Our blurry tree

Our window snowflakes and nativity..and outside wreath.

Our nativity (which the kids love to play with! I always find it in the most unusual configurations.)

Front door

Our new dining room table that my dad built for us!

Nice! Our house is messy too...but our decor came down early because it needed to get into the attic before the huge winter storm coming this weekend.

Playing catch-up on the blogs...I'm so behind. Your house is beautiful and if that's a mess, then don't come to my house. Your kids won't remember mess, they'll remember the care you took to celebrate the season. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
